Warranty:
At no charge to the original purchaser, dealer will repair or replace any product found to contain defects in workmanship or materials in accordance with the time frames listed below. This warranty is not applicable if the product in question is subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accident or if the original purchaser is not in possession of the original receipt for the same.
Frame:
Under conditions of normal usage the frame is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.
Suspension:
Under conditions of normal usage the suspension is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.
Stitching:
Under conditions of normal usage the stitching is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.
Leather:
The leather is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years. All of our leathers are individually selected for their natural character and beauty; therefore as a natural product some of nature’s beauty marks such as scars may be visible and only demonstrate the authenticity and quality of the hide. Leather is an aniline dyed product and as such may show slight variations in color necessary to preserve its natural beauty, placement of your orders means you accept these variations.

Protect your investment
5 year Leather Care Warranty:
Available for all of our products a 5 year leather warranty may be purchased to add a type of insurance for your new leather furniture. Warranted by Stainsafe this warranty is designed to protect your investment should accidental damage occur such as rips, cuts, tears, burns, stains as well as many other types of damage that might occur. Policy Information:
The Leather Sofa Co. prides itself on making only the highest possible quality leather furniture, using only the best quality materials from around the globe. Each piece is handcrafted in our own factory right here in the Dallas metroplex, giving our clients the freedom and flexibility to create the perfect piece of furniture for their lifestyle. As such there will be a 40% restocking fee on all canceled orders unless written notification is received within 10 days of placing your order. You may return your furniture within 10 days of delivery provided it is returned in the same condition as it was delivered and would be subject to the 40% restocking fee. In the event, per the clients request, we make changes to the existing design or if we are asked to rush the production of any piece, refunds are not an option as it would be made specifically for that one client. If payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued on your cards account. If payment was made by check, there will be a 14 day clearing period. No cash refunds will be made. We will always place quality above speed; therefore all delivery dates are approximate although we will have the furniture ready for you as quickly as possible. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery or pick up. Any claims for damage or defect must be noted on the order at the time of delivery or pick up.
